How to help your employees

You can help your employees get the most out of online resources if you:

  • download or order resources
  • provide access to computers at work
  • allow time for your employees to be online at work
  • provide someone to help
  • arrange for in-house trainers or human resources staff to develop one-off programmes for an employee around online resources or incorporate online resources focused on literacy into other training.
