I think one of the things we found as a company was that we were doing lots of training but we never were quite certain that our people understood or comprehended the training. So we took this conscious step of actually going right back to some pretty basic stuff and found that once we gave them that foundation that the training after that we knew that they were actually absorbing it. It was really a bit of an eye opener for us.
