Skills gap indicator

The skills gap indicator will help you identify possible issues in your employees’ reading, maths and communication skills related to your workplace.  You can use this tool to identify gaps for an individual, a team, or across your whole organisation.

The indicator will provide you with a high level view of where your business has issues.  There are five sections with a number of questions in each, covering:

• business challenges
• reading
• writing
• maths
• oral communications.

The final section, the impact indicator, will display a graph showing the outcome from the choices you have made.
