We didn’t really look at the external provider option as we have an in-house programme. So in employing our coaches what we looked for was three things. Firstly, a strong background in adult learning and coaching. Secondly, commercial experience – these people must be able to talk to both our general managers, for example, and our kitchen hands. And thirdly, we were looking for people who had a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
