Well it’s like you create a thirst with these guys. You train them, you give them this opportunity. There are young guys here that have gone through that process. I’ve got manuals relative to the work that they do and I can give them out and say look, if you want to read something this is good for you, have a look at this. We’ve created a thirst and when you look them in the eyes you can see that there’s a lot of thirst there now for a bit more knowledge. We just have to keep going. We’d be silly not to build on what we’ve done.
