National Centre of Literacy and Numeracy for Adults Symposium

The theme of the National Centre Symposium 2016 is:

E whakamana ana i te akonga. (Honouring the learner). Innovative Literacy and Numeracy Practice: What works well for learners

Submissions of abstracts for workshops and presentations are now being accepted for the National Centre Symposium 2016.

Closing date for submission of abstracts: 20 May
Notifications of acceptance: 27 May

 
Presenters are invited to bring innovative literacy and numeracy practice to strengthen learners’ literacy and numeracy outcomes in an identified context. The Symposium aims to explore current innovative literacy and numeracy teaching and learning practice, knowledge, skills or practices that optimise learning in contemporary contexts. Presentations that explore innovative, relevant, deliberate literacy and numeracy provision will be prioritised. Further information available here.
