We believe, by addressing these areas, workplace communication improve by margins and positive attitudes determine altitude for employers and employees; embracing change and making a meaningful difference.
In collaboration with the employer and employee, we customize the training to the needs of the business and the employee; putting in place measurable goals and; giving employees the opportunity to perform at peak in the workplace and in society. Our focus is on successful, measurable outcomes for all participants through our intensive workplace literacy and numeracy programs aka workplace communication; thus increasing people development and business growth.
By developing people potential, we address the issue of unemployment by delivering training programmes that is directly focused on business and employee needs. Therefore, through education and training initiatives, we contribute to a decrease in unemployment, high staff turnover and simultaneously contribute to sustainable labour markets.
Sustainability of the Workplace Literacy and Numeracy programme includes a coaching and mentoring program for Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders. This program includes, but is not limited to: Health & Safety, People Management Skills, Frontline Training, Digital Literacy, Leadership/ Management, Team and Motivation, etc.
